SO COMPLICATED TO BE .... HIM

The saying that goes " IT'S HARD TO PLEASE EVERYBODY ", is common but something that truly exist. No one is exempted to experience this kind of treatment from others, including HIM. Endowing us happiness and contentment is a tough task to do. Though how sincere HIS intentions are and with HIS DIVINE and SUPREME POWER, we always have something to say and comment about. It's really a burdensome situation to be in HIS place.I could just imagine how much effort HE tries to exert just to make us joyful and contented. We always question HIS decisions and motives, even how pure and sacred it is. Come to think of it, there are billions and billions of people (more or less) that HE is serving continually every second, every minute, every hour of the day. For the simple reason, that HIS love for us is absolute. HE got no rectification from doing all these. In the first place, HE was the ONE who brought us here and provided us this supposed to be a wonderful place to live in. And in addition to this, HE supplies us with everything we need for us to survive. Just to prove that HIS motive is selfless and generous, HE gave us "FREEDOM" to do anything we want to. Though knowing us, and our weaknesses, HE bestowed upon us a weapon we could use to protect ourselves from evil that comes our way, and that is...INTELLIGENCE and COMMON SENSE. And to support this HE gave us a list of reminders to guide us, while we are on our own. We call it..."THE TEN COMMANDMENTS". Despite all these, we choose to complicate things that lead us to confusion and disbelief. Isn't it when we love someone our tendency is just to follow, no questions ask, in spite of some vague perspectives he tries to introduce? How unfair and prejudiced we could be. I believe that HE made man in accordance to HIS IMAGE, except SIN. Even though HE provided Mankind with protection and guidance, still SIN is committed. That only proves our susceptibility to any form of temptation. It is so difficult for some to accept that He sent HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON into this world to DELIVER US from sin. Why? FOR THE SIMPLE REASON "THAT HIS LOVE FOR MANKIND IS ABSOLUTE AND ETERNAL". Questions that usually arises from unbelievers, are Why from so simple origin, born from a poor family aren't HE suppose to be THE KING?, why choose a Woman as human, simple and so naive like Mary, to become HIS MOTHER? why born from a disgusting place as that of a manger, etc. So many questions that will lead to only one answer, GOD is an INFINITE BEING who is supremely good, WHO created the world, who knows all and can do all, WHO is transcendent over and immanent in the world, and WHO loves humanity. We Catholics do believe that GOD lived on earth in the flesh as JESUS (see THE HOLY TRINITY). Yet still, some of us insist and choose to constrain our mind from UNVARNISHED TRUTH and GENUINE GOODNESS. That's why I said it is just difficult and too demanding to be ... in HIS place.

ON A SIMPLE NOTE

Acumen is one wondrous gift that our GOD ALMIGHTY bestowed upon mankind. This gift is one aspect that makes a human being superior, and more valuable from the rest of HIS creations. This means the ability to understand and reason out. That's why mental analysis and argument usually appeals to us.On a personal note allow me to say that being a gift from God we are expected to use such, with accountability. That is why this ability comes hand in hand with what you call "common sense". As a general rule, you enter into a discussion not just for the purpose of argument, but for you to present something, prudent, sensible and rational point of view.On the other hand as human we have limitations and weaknesses as well, that's why we must be cautious and careful when we get so curious on something and eventually develop that urge to discover it yourself. Uncovering new ventures, adventures, undertakings or what have you is not bad.For one, I do believe that by doing so will also help widen your horizons so to speak, thus making life more interesting and less dull and monotonous. Simply beware that if you intend to do so, make sure, that you do it with open mind, heart and soul, or else you'll surely be trapped, and instead of broadening your outlook in life, you'll just narrow down your mentality and before you know it you've already allowed yourself to be duped forever in a state similar to life imprisonment. That's why before we enter into something that we actually aren't so sure of, we should be alert and conscious to know the extent of our capacity and constraint when to stop. Thus protecting ourselves from being entrap by unforeseen or unexpected difficulty or disaster. I'm aware that life is but a gamble, but then just like any game we get into, our primary purpose is to win not to loss, though we take the risk and sometimes, if not most of the time a huge risk we must be certain that we should know when to stop by the time we perceive that it's already causing disruptions in the major area of our life, such as physical, social or vocational, much more psychological. To end this issue do allow me to quote my own saying:
"a stable attitude bears secured decision, principles, values and faith,4 i believe wavering and inconsistency will only prove ones immaturity and insecurity".
